In this video we test 3 basic fiber/sanding discs — Aluminum Oxide (a/o), Zirconium (zirc) and Ceramic. In our test we grind both carbon and stainless steel with the 3 products for the same amount of time to see which disc type removed the most material by weight, as well as the life cycle of each disc. The point was to prove true cost effectiveness.
